Khorasan Wheat - an ancient grain

You might know this grain as the brand "Kamut," but it is an ancient grain known as Khorasan wheat.  The kernels are two or three times the size of modern wheat varieties.  Crabotanicals is offering an organic variety as a hermit crab food option, but it may be appropriate for other small animals.
